BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Winborne was born October 16, 1977 in Spearman. Tonya has been a resident of Pampa for the past 18 years, moving from Fritch. She was a 1996 graduate of Pampa High School. Tonya married Freddy Winborne on June 8, 1996 in Pampa. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from A.I.U. in 2010. She was a former corrections officer at the Baten Unit.SURVIVORS: husband: Freddy Winborne of the home; 2 daughters: Skyler Winborne and Madison Winborne both of the home; parents: Clifford and Brenda Glassey both of Pampa; 2 brothers: Keith Glassey and wife Theresa of Lathrop, Missouri and Casey Glassey of Lochbuie, Colorado; 2 sisters: Mary LaJohnna Glassey of Perryton and Starla Ennis and husband Morgan of Amarillo; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Tonya was preceded in death by her grandparents: Steve and Mary Glassey and A. M. and Donna McKinzie.
