SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday, December 13, 2011, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Miss Pannell was born April 11, 1929 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1934 and she was an artist. Betty was a member of Hi-Land Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her parents: O. C. and Ella Nora Mae Sutton Pannell.SURVIVORS: special friend: Odessa East of Pampa.MEMORIALS: St. Ann's Nursing Home, 125 St. Ann's Drive, Panhandle, Texas 79068.
