SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday, July 7, 2010, at Fairview Cemetery with Rev. Bob Davis, pastor of Progressive Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Williams was born November 18, 1955 in Pampa where he was a lifelong resident. He married Janet Feazel on February 9, 1998 in Pampa. He was a member of Progressive Baptist Church. Randall was a heavy equipment operator and truck driver in the oil business. His family would like to thank Debbie Douglass with Interim Hospice for her kind care.SURVIVORS: wife: Janet Williams of the home; a daughter: Tamara Williams of White Deer; a son: Jesse L.
