Worden of Fellowship Baptist Church, officiating.BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Everson was born December 23, 1936 in Crowell, and was a lifelong resident of Pampa. He married Linda Castagnetta on March 28, 1990 in Pampa. He was a Protestant. Gail retired from Cabot Corp. as a dustless operator in 1997. He enjoyed fishing and target practicing with his special nephew Jr., and he enjoyed growing roses.SURVIVORS: wife: Linda Everson of the home; 3 sons: Brent Everson of Florida, Walter Carl Everson of Gainesville, and Brian Everson of Carlsbad, New Mexico; 2 stepdaughters: Angela Kyle and Tammy Jones, both of Pampa; 1 sister: Rudell Taylor of Wichita, Kansas; 10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; mother-in-law: Lee Elder of Pampa; special nephew: Jr. Slate of Pampa.
