He had been a resident of Pampa most of his life. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy, serving during the Korean Conflict on a tanker. He had been a janitor for Pampa ISD for over 20 years before his retirement.SURVIVORS: special friend and caretaker: Pennie McCormick of Pampa; 2 nephews: Troy Hallum of Oklahoma and Kenneth Hallum of Pawnee, Oklahoma; 1 sister.
