SERVICES: Vigil services will be at 6:00 PM Tuesday, April 8, 2008, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel. Hector will lie in state from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Wednesday, April 9, 2008, at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, with mass to be held at 3:00 PM at the church, with Rev. Francisco Perez, pastor, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. BIOGRAPHY: Hector was born May 5, 1992 in El Paso. He had been a resident of Pampa since 2004, attending Pampa High School.SURVIVORS: Parents: Luis Humberto Nevarez and Irma Teresa Arreola of the home; 1 brother: David Nevarez of Pampa; grandparents: Refugio and Bertha Navarez, Manuel Arreola and Ramona Gonzalez, all of Mexico.
