She married James M. Mullins on Dec. 20, 1947 in Abilene. He preceded her in death in 1990. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, the Crusader's Sunday School Class, and United Methodist Women. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Mullins was preceded in death by a son, Mike Mullins, in 2003, and by a brother, Johnny Stuard.SURVIVORS: 1 brother: Dale Stuard and wife Billisue of Snyder; 2 sisters-in-law: Christine Stuard of Snyder and Barbara Cunyus of Lockney; and several nieces and nephews.MEMORIALS: BSA Hospice, P.
