She had been a resident of Pampa and Gray County since 1935. She married Robert Lee Thompson on September 16, 1936 in Matador. He preceded her in death in 1975. She was a nurse's aide at Highland General Hospital and Coronado Hospital for many years. She was a member of the Bible Baptist Church and was a 50-year member of the Pampa Chapter #65 Order of the Eastern Star.SURVIVORS: 1 Sister: Marie Miller of Hot Springs, Arkansas.
