Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Miss Meadows was born December 21, 1965 in Pampa. She had been a resident of Pampa most of her life. She was a member of St. Mark's CME Church.SURVIVORS: Mother & Step-Father: Bea & James Taylor of Pampa. 2 Sisters: Rotounda Lockett of Cedar Hill and Cynthia Ellis of Irving. 2 Step-Brothers: Calvin Taylor of Amarillo, and James W. Taylor of Borger. 2 Step-Sisters: Larissa Reeves of Seattle, Washington, and Rachel Adkism of Waco. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Alma Powell and Charlie Powell, Jr.
