SERVICES: 2:00 PM Saturday, July 17, 2004, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel, with Pastor Paul Nachtigall of the Cornerstone Baptist Church, officiating.BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Totty was born February 2, 1917 in Burkburnett. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1948. He married Drucilla Upton on October 17, 1941 at Lakeview, Texas. He was a welder for Cabot Corp. for 27 years before retiring in the 1970's. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army during World War II and was a member of the Pampa VFW Post, serving as post commander in 1988-1989.SURVIVORS: Wife: Drue Totty of the home. 1 Daughter: Barbara Franklin of League City. 1 Son: Wesley James Totty of Alvin. 2 Sisters: Ola Dunn of Hayward, California, and Gladys Boone of Bakersfield, California. 1 Brother: Johnny Totty of Fontana, California. 6 Grandchildren, 17 Great-Grand-children.MEMORIALS: BSA Hospice, 800 N. Sumner, Pampa, Texas 79065.
