She had been a resident of Pampa since 1945.She married Billy Ray Forman on February 21, 1946 in Cleveland, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on December 3, 1987. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Cheryl Powell of Pampa. 2 Sons: Bill Forman of Pampa and James Lewis Forman of Irving. 5 Grandchildren, 11 Great-Grandchildren.MEMORIALS: Central Baptist Church Pre-School Department, 513 E.
