SERVICES: 2:00 PM Friday, June 6, 2003, at the Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel in Pampa, Texas, with John Curry, officiating.
BURIAL: Fairview Cemetery in Pampa, under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.
BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Mullins was born July 25, 1952 in Snyder, Texas, and came to Pampa that same year. He was a 1970 graduate of Pampa High School and a 1975 graduate of West Texas State University in Canyon, Texas with a degree in art and psychology. He was a resident of Lakewood, Colorado for many years where he was a tax accountant. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Pampa, and attended the First United Methodist Church of Wheatridge, Colorado.
SURVIVORS: Mother: Rubye Mullins of Pampa, Texas. 3 Aunts: Christine Stuard of Snyder, Texas, Barbara Cunyus and Rita Webster, both of Lockney, Texas. Uncle & Aunt: Dale & Billie Sue Stuard of Snyder, Texas. Special friends in Denver, Colorado. He was preceded in death by his father, James Mullins in 1990, and a sister, Helen Mullins in 1958.
