SERVICES: 2:00 PM Monday, April 21, 2003 in Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with Warren Gill and Bob Wood, both of the Pampa Ward of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, officiating.

BURIAL: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 22, 2003 at Lenapah Cemetery at Lenapah, Oklahoma under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

BIOGRAPHY: Ms. White was born on Jan. 12, 1941 at Alluwe, Oklahoma. She came to Pampa in 1957 from Nowata, Oklahoma. She worked as a maitre d' at the Amarillo Club, the Pampa Club and the Pampa Country Club. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

SURVIVORS: 2 daughters: Susan Foster of Milburn, OK and Kay Davies of Pampa; 1 son: Earl Richardson of Milburn, OK; her parents: H. A. and Lesta Sloan of Pampa; 1 sister: Earline Baston of Pampa. 1 brother: Donald Dick of Maynard, Arkansas; 7 grandchildren and 3 great granddaughters. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Diane Crawford, in 1993 and by her father, Earl Dick.
