Fines Marchman, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Skellytown, officiating.<br><br>BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.<br><br>BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Kinslow was born December 19, 1939 in Ford City, Texas. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1969. She married William "Pete" Kinslow on Aug. 8, 1954 in Crowell. He preceded her in death on July 16, 1998. She was a nurse at Highland General Hospital, retiring after 20 years of service. She was a member of the Assembly of God.SURVIVORS: 2 daughters: Belinda Nolte and Vickie Long, both of Pampa; 1 son: Jerry Kinslow of Happy; 3 sisters: Beatrice Woodward, Adeline Allsup, and Mildred Morrow, all of Crowell; 5 brothers: Charles, Elbert, Hubert, and Jerry Durham, all of Crowell, and Melton Durham, of Burlington, CO; 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.MEMORIALS: Texas Panhandle MHMR, 1224 N.
