SERVICES: 2:00 PM Tuesday in Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with Rev. Leland Lewis, pastor of First Assembly of God, officiating.
BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.
BIOGRAPHY: Born March 2, 1947 in Grady, Oklahoma. He married Cinda Pugh on November 22, 1969 in New Mexico. He had been a resident of Pampa for the last 6 years, moving from Perryton. He was a meat cutter for United Supermarkets.
SURVIVORS: Wife: Cinda of the home. 1 Son: Jack Matthew Farris of Pampa. 2 Daughters: Martha Towles of Florence, and Billie Renee Johnston of Pampa. 1 Brother: James Johnston of Pampa. 1 Sister: Janetta Choat of Borger. 9 Grandchildren, 2 Great-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert & Jewell Johnston, and a brother, Bobby Johnston.
