SERVICES: Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, Aug. 9, 2002, at Edith Ford Cemetery in Canadian with Rev. Bill Sparks, pastor of the Union Church in Spearman, officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Cain was born on Feb. 12, 1913 in Montague County. He had been a resident of Lefors since 1930 where he was a rancher for 40 years. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lorene May Bridwell Cain in 1979, and his second wife, Betty Reed Cain, in 1989.SURVIVORS: 3 sons: Richard Cain of Gage, OK; Dean Cain of Ranier, Washington, and Tom Cain of Spearman; 1 sister: Toots Windick of Fresno, CA; 3 brothers: Nelson Cain and Dickey Cain, both of Fresno, and Stiner Cain of Amarillo; 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
