Nell Augusta Coleman McCarley, 76, died October 12, 2013 in Gainesville.Memorial services will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 16, 2013, at United Methodist Church in White Deer, with the Rev. Dr. Jerry R. Lane, pastor, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa.Mrs. McCarley was born September 19, 1937 in Ingram. She married Bill McCarley in August of 1955. She graduated from West Texas State University with a Master?s degree in education in 1980. Augusta was a teacher for 35 years, serving children in Hereford ISD and Gainesville ISD, retiring in 1995. She served as past president and member of Delta Kappa Gamma sorority for many years. She was a Methodist. Augusta enjoyed extensive genealogy work and embroidery. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Mae McCarley, a sister, Jerry Clark, and her father, Everett Coleman. Survivors include her husband, Bill McCarley of Gainesville, two daughters, Dianna Roberts and husband Glen of Allen, and Deborah Parsley and husband Dane of White Deer, her mother, Dorothy Coleman of Pampa, her brother, James Coleman and wife Barbara of Shamrock, six grandchildren, Brett Bayless, Whitney Bayless, Andrew Parsley, AnnaLisa Chamberlin and husband Jered, Ashley Parsley and Angela Parsley, and two great-grandchildren, Kadey Chamberlin and Jeremy Chamberlin.Memorials may be made to the Home Hospice of Cooke County, 316 S.
