Castiel Joseph “Baby Cas” Brantley-Ridenour, was born on June 1, 2016 in Borger. Graveside services will be 4:00 PM Monday, June 6, 2016, at Fairview Cemetery, with Pastor Paul Nachtigall of Highland Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Castiel was delivered at 12:16 AM, weighing just under ½ pound, and 8 ½ inches long. Survivors include his parents, Kevin and Heather Ridenour; maternal grandfather, Mike Brantley and wife Becca, and maternal grandmother, JoDalene Logan and husband Jim; paternal grandmother, Linda Leslie and husband David; maternal great grandparents, Forrest and Kris Kreider, Cora and Dillon Ferguson, and Kathy Logan; maternal aunts and uncles, Abbie and William; paternal aunts and uncles, Becky and Mike, Shelia and Zach, Debbie and Jim, and Kenny; maternal great aunts and uncles, Jamie and Calvin, Pete, Sherri and James, Greg and Renita; and many, many cousins, family members and family friends who love and miss him. Castiel was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Liam Joseph Ridenour on June 15, 2013; great great grandma, Sybil Brantley; grampa, Joe Ridenour; and great grandpa, Jim Logan, Sr. The family would like to express their thanks to Dr. Rhoton and his team, and a great appreciation to the night nurses, Mary and Josie and Golden Plains Community Hospital, who cared for us during the time we spent there.
