Billy was born on May 6, 1982, in Pampa to James Homer and Nickey Robertson. He grew up and graduated in Groom and was a life-long resident. When Billy graduated, he entered the workforce where he began a long career in construction and welding. He worked for K & K for 15 years and for Driver Inc. for three years before he went out on his own to start his own business.
Billy would meet Abby Tipton and they later married on July 26, 2014, in Clarendon. They shared many fun times and years before his passing. He was a hardworking man who never could stay idle; Billy would start work early in the morning and usually would stay occupied until he went to bed. Alongside his passion for work, Billy had an even stronger commitment to family and friends.
He was an outgoing man who liked to cook, barbeque, and host all of the people he loved. Billy will be remembered as a giving and generous man who would give the shirt of his back and tried to help anyone in need. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
