Cleon Frank Houston

Cleon Frank Houston, 71, of White Deer, passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 in Pampa.

No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.

Mr. Houston was born on September 2, 1952 in Enid, Oklahoma. He was a resident of White Deer since 2000.

Frank was preceded in death by his mother, Catherine “Tony” Houston; his father, Elbert T. “Jack” Houston; three stepbrothers, Cal Johnson, Freddie Johnson, and Jack Johnson; and his beloved dogs, Smoke and Arizona.

He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Melinda “Wendy” Williams; one sister, Vickie Britten; his cat, Critter; and several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff members at Coronado Healthcare Center and Interim Hospice.
