Darrell Wayne Flaharity was born October 5, 1965, to Carl and Lona Flaharity in Pampa, Texas. Since he was old enough to walk, he’s always had a love for motorcycles. At the young age of 15, he started his working career at Ray and Bill‘s grocery store. He worked for Titan in Pampa for 24 years as a proud machinist.

On November 23, 1984, he married the love of his life, Cindy Goldsmith, and they enjoyed the last 40 years together going on many adventures including cross country motorcycle rides, concerts of every style, and spending weeks in the camper at the campgrounds.

Darrell loved nothing more than spending time with his family. Turning up the music to rock out and always attending the grandkids sports activities. On Saturday night, there were dirt track races at Route 66, which became a family tradition. Riding his razor with the kids and making sure to hit every mud puddle.

Darrell was a hardworking, fun-loving, and caring man who was the best husband, father, and pappy that anyone could ask for. He will be remembered as a giving man who always there when you needed him and he never ever met a stranger.

He was preceded in death by parents; and in-laws, Don and Betty Goldsmith.

Survivors include wife of the home, Cindy, beloved pets of the home, Elsie and Pickles; son, Kelly Flaharity and wife Nikki of Pampa; daughter, Melyssa Ramos and husband Jacob of Amarillo; seven grandchildren, Kaden, Kolton, K’Leigh, Nathanael, Juliette, Sebastian, and Leo; brothers, Waylon Flaharity and wife Gayla of White Deer, and Rickey Beshears of Oklahoma City; brothers-in-law, Steven Goldsmith and wife Kim of White Deer, and Jacky Goldsmith of Pampa; extended family including, Stefani and husband Coy Devoll, Shane and wife Priscilla Goldsmith, Ryan Goldsmith, Alarah Harbor and companion Bert Rivera, and Alisha Flaharity; niece, Tina Beshears; nephew, Zak Beshears; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
