Debra Jan Rogers

September 3, 1961 — April 25, 2026

Montgomery, Texas

Debra Jan Rogers, 64, of Montgomery, Texas, and formerly of Pampa, passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on April 25, 2026.

Debra was born on September 3, 1961, in Pampa. She was adopted at the age of four by William Oscar Addison and later relocated with her family to San Antonio, Texas, where she was raised.

On September 20, 1980, she married the love of her life, Stephen Charles Rogers. Together they built a life centered on family, love, and devotion, while raising their family in Pampa. She spent many years taking her children to sports practices and games, and enjoyed running the POYC basketball concession stand for a few seasons. She later worked as a substitute teacher for Pampa ISD.

Debra is survived by her husband, Stephen Rogers of Montgomery; her mother, Donna Addison of Montgomery; her sister, Holly Addison of Montgomery; and her brother, William Woodrow Addison, and wife Heather, of Graham. She also leaves behind her three children: Amber Davis and her husband David of Pampa; Zachary Rogers of Montgomery; and Jennie Terras and her husband Matthew of Montgomery. Debra was a proud grandmother to nine grandchildren and is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Oscar Addison; her grandmothers, Louise Hubbard and Goldie Denman; her mother-in-law, Juanita Rogers; and Her Aunt, Marquita Paulsell.

Debra will be remembered for her love of cooking, especially during the holidays when she delighted her family with pumpkin bread and other special treats. She enjoyed keeping up with her favorite soap operas and, most of all, cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren.

The family will celebrate Debra’s life the weekend of June 12–14, with additional details to be announced.

In place of flowers and gifts, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.

Debra’s love, warmth, and dedication to her family will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
