Diana Marie Britten

Diana Marie Britten, 64, of Spearman passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 in Pampa.

Due to the current community regulations regarding large gatherings, a private family service will be held on Friday, April 17, 2020 with Fr. Arokia Raj Samala officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Diana was born on November 29, 1955 in Amarillo to James “Jim” and Colleen Harris Britten. She was raised in Groom where she attended school and graduated from Groom High School in 1974. Diana then moved to Spearman where she lived for most of her life. She enjoyed playing games on the computer and fishing. She loved to dance and will be remembered for her infectious smile.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Stella Van Zandt; and 3 brothers, Wallace Britten, Wendall Britten, and Wes Britten.

Diana is survived by her brother, Wayne Britten of Amarillo; sister, Susan Collinsworth and husband Shane of Pampa; companion, Steve Hendrickson of Spearman; and several nieces and nephews.
