Dietrich Keller, 17, of Pampa, passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 in Amarillo.
Celebration of Life service will be 2:00 PM Thursday, August 14, 2025 at Trinity Fellowship Church with Rev. Sergio Urrutia, Cross Church of Dumas, and Pastor Zak Acker, Trinity Fellowship associate pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 from 6:00-7:30 PM.
Dietrich was born November 16, 2007 in Pampa to Chris and Cherie Keller. He attended Community Christian School in Pampa until 3rd grade and then transferred to White Deer Schools. He was currently a senior at White Deer High School where he was ranked number one in his class. Dietrich was very involved in the White Deer band, NHS, AG, One Act Play, and UIL math and science teams. He was a good student that never wanted the spotlight on him. Dietrich was a good friend who was always tender to his surroundings. Being respectful to others was important to him and how he carried himself.
Dietrich loved the Lord and accepted Christ at an early age. He was baptized at Calvary Baptist Church and for the past 12 years he has been a member of Trinity Fellowship Church. Dietrich was active in the youth and served on the Dream Team.
He was currently working at Pampa H20 Waterpark as a lifeguard. He enjoyed his work and the people he worked with. Dietrich was planning to attend WTAMU in Canyon to pursue a degree in Engineering.
Dietrich’s legacy will continue to live on through 5 people who received “life” from his family’s willingness to donate his organs.
He was preceded in death by his aunt, Tanya Gasaway; and great grandfather, Don Emmons.
Survivors included his parents, Chris and Cherie Keller of Pampa; grandparents, Leo Keller and wife Theresa of Pampa, Donna Beason and husband Dewayne of Kilgore, Diana Bichsel of Pampa, and Harold Gasaway of Snyder; great grandmother, Minnie Emmons of Pampa; uncles, Andrew Beason, Erik Keller, and Cody Carter; and a host of extended friends and family.
