She grew up and attended school in Blue Jacket. After high school, she would meet the love of her life, Ronald Noble while he was attending Bible College! Soon after they would marry and begin their family out in the country called Balko Oklahoma, where Ronald had grown up on the family farm. They were blessed with two children, Ron and Teresa. This little town of Balko served as a place for a lifetime of memories before his passing in 2011.

In 2019, she relocated to Pampa to be closer to family. While in Pampa, she found love again when she met Walter Batman. They courted for a few years and then married on April 6, 2024, in Pampa. Dottie found enjoyment working with crafts, she tried many types of crafts and especially loved ceramics. She would stay up reading till late at night. Working on her flowerbeds and rock garden gave her many hours of enjoyment. Dottie was sweet but also would tell you what she truly thought. She was a gentle and loyal Christian woman who many people enjoyed being around. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
