A longtime member of St. Stephen’s United Methodist Church of Amarillo and later the First Baptist Church of Howardwick, Frank’s faith was central to his life. Frank also enjoyed snow skiing, softball, basketball, and soccer.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Donald Williams.
