Jacob Andrew Frost, of San Antonio, Texas and formerly of Pampa, Texas entered into the Kingdom of God on January 19, 2026.
A celebration of life ceremony will be held Saturday, February 21, 2026 in San Antonio with a local celebration of life in Pampa on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Central Baptist Church.
Jacob was born in Pampa, Texas on November 4, 1993 to Bryan and Julie Frost. Raised in Pampa he made many friends throughout his years at Pampa ISD graduating salutatorian in the class of 2012. His junior year in high school he found his passion with the high school choral program where he excelled earning a spot in the TMEA All State Choir in San Antonio. Jacob also earned the lead role in the high school musicals in both his junior and senior year and was a member of the Show Choir. After high school Jacob attended Hardin Simmons University in Abilene, Texas where he earned his degrees in Biology and Biochemistry as well as staying active in the choral program. At Hardin Simmons Jacob met the love of his life, Clarissa, and they were married May 21, 2016 in San Antonio. Upon graduation from HSU Jacob was accepted to the University of Texas Southwest Medical School in Dallas. There, with hard work and perseverance, Jacob earned his Master of Physicians Assistant Studies and went on to practice medicine in San Antonio.
Jacob was a man of deep faith and profound love. He loved God above all and that love flowed naturally into the way he cherished Clarissa, their children, Jacob Andrew II, Reina Claire, and Shiloh Jude as well as all of his family and loved ones.
Jacob found wonder in God’s creations loving nature, the stars, and the infinite vastness of the universe which reflected his thoughtful and curious soul. Jacob was blessed with a beautiful voice and those who were fortunate enough to hear him sing or speak from the heart will forever carry that gift with them. As a Physician’s Assistant, Jacob cared for his patients with exceptional compassion, treating each one with the same love, dignity, and attentiveness he showed to his own family. His calling to heal was not just a profession, but a reflection of who he was.
Jacob leaves behind a legacy of faith, love, service, and gentleness. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him and lovingly remembered until the day of reunion in God’s presence.
Jacob is survived by his wife, Clarissa; his three children, Jacob Andrew II, Reina Claire, and Shiloh Jude all of the home; parents, Bryan and Julie Frost; sister, Emilee Frost; grandparents, Andy and Linda Frost, Jerry and Orna Fay Davis; father and mother-in-law, Doak and Olga Walker; sisters-in-law, Ashley and husband Justin and Elena and friend Michael Quiroga; brother-in-law, Justin Walker and wife Liz; grandmother-in-law, Olga Cortez-Gallegos; and numerous aunts and uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews who all loved him dearly.
