Jacqualine Batrice Marshman-Brown

Jacqualine Batrice Marshman-Brown, 52, of Pampa, passed away on December 20, 2021 in Pampa.

Services will be 2:00 PM Monday, December 27, 2021 at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with Brother Mariland Sims, pastor of North Heights Church of Christ in Amarillo, officiating. Cremation to follow and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.

Jackie was born June 29, 1969 in Santa Anna, Texas to Willie Reed. Jackie graduated from Pampa High School and went on to Western Texas College, on a basketball scholarship. Basketball was her passion. Jackie married Walter Brown on April 25, 2009. She loved to draw and work in her garden. Jackie truly enjoyed her pet babies.

She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Reed, Sr. and a sister, Renee Reed.

Survivors include her husband, Walter Brown of the home; mother, Willie Reed of Pampa; daughter, Celest Johnson and husband Abdul-Jabbar of Mobile, Alabama; son, Bryson Marshman and wife Jasmine of North Carolina; 2 sisters, Sheila Reed-Barnes and husband Rodrick of Red Oak and Shaunta Reed of Fort Worth; a brother Larry Reed, Jr. and wife LaTiska of Lawton, Oklahoma; 5 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
