Janice "Jann" Becker

Janice “Jann” Becker, 77, passed away Saturday March 3, 2018 in McLean.

Memorial Services will be 10:00 AM Thursday, March 7, 2018 at First Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Jimmye Cole, officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Jann was born February 8, 1941 to Jay Harmon and Joan Becker in Salem, OR. She moved to Pampa in 1968. She was a homemaker, a pharmacy tech and worked at the Pampa News. She crocheted blankets for babies at the local hospital and loved reading books.

She is preceded in death by her parents; a son, James Giles Lawrence; a daughter, Barbra Lawrence; a son-in-law, G.R. Gomez and a sister Jennifer Becker.

Survivors include two daughters, Suzan Gregory of Pampa and Gina Valdez of Pampa; two grandchildren, Heather Lawrence of Pampa and Christopher Walling of Flagstaff, AZ; one step-son, Bobby Gregory; one sister, Jacque Ford; two brothers, Joel Becker and Jay Becker; 10 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
