Kevin Michael O'Neal

Kevin Michael O’Neal, 58, of Pampa, passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2021, in Pampa.

Private memorial graveside services will be held on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Fairview Cemetery with Rev. Taylor Elzner, assistant pastor at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Kevin was born on November 1, 1962 in Pampa to Carl and Frances Robinson O’Neal. He grew up in Pampa and graduated from Pampa High School in 1981. Kevin enjoyed collecting antiques and quilts. Kevin also enjoyed feeding and taking care of the stray cats in his neighborhood. He was always watching out for his mom as well. Kevin was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. He was also involved in Boy Scouts of America at a young age and later became an Eagle Scout.

Kevin was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Lytle and Gertrude Robinson; and his paternal grandparents, Raymond and Rae Jean O’Neal.

He is survived by his parents, Carl and Frances O’Neal of Pampa; 2 daughters, Kebi Allen and Tarra Schpansky of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; 2 brothers, Chris O’Neal of Bentonville, Arkansas and Colin O’Neal of Keller; 2 aunts, Rita Robinson of Pampa and Diane Johnson and husband Ronnie of Valley View; 1 uncle, Sammie O’Neal of Fort Worth; 3 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
