Pampa

Kyle Roberts, 49, of Pampa, passed away on Friday, August 23, 2024 in Lubbock.

Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 31, 2024 at the Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with Rick Pearson, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.

Kyle was born on September 7, 1974 in Perryton to Stanley and Virginia Dorsey Roberts. He was raised in Pampa and attended Pampa High School. Kyle worked hard to provide for his family, working at Haliburton and as an electrician’s apprentice. Most recently, he worked in the maintenance department at Tyson.

Kyle enjoyed playing his guitar, singing, and dancing. His favorite microphone was a hairbrush, any kind would do. He also enjoyed watching action movies and couldn’t wait to watch the next best thing on Netflix. Kyle was also an avid coin collector. He was the life of the party and wanted nothing more than to make people laugh. Kyle had a great sense of humor and was always quick with a good joke. Kyle was typically seen chewing gum and if he wasn’t, he was asking you for some. He loved to spend time with his family and will be deeply missed by them all.

Kyle was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Virginia Roberts; his twin sister, Karin Boyd; and his son-in-law, Jesus Quesada.

He is survived by his two children, Ashtyn Quesada, and Chanceton Roberts and wife Olivia, all of Amarillo; three siblings, Sandi Boyd and husband Greg and Crystal Fuller, all of Pampa, and Ricky Roberts and wife Beverly of Richmond; nine grandchildren, Raydon, Tayson, Lyrix, Denver, Dean, Logan, Amelia, Kaydence, and Gavin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
