Linda Fay Lamb, 81, passed away peacefully in her home on Thursday, May 29, 2025, in Pampa, Texas.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.
Linda was born to Winfred Miller and wife Sallie Ozell Parish on February 18, 1944, in Santa Anna, Texas. Linda grew up in Fort Worth, Texas and attended Brewer High School where she graduated Salutatorian in the class of 1962. Linda married the love of her life Roger Lamb, in 1969. Linda, her husband and two sons moved to Pampa TX in 1984. Linda was the secretary for the First Presbyterian church from 1989-2009, when she retired to spend time with family and friends. In her spare time, she liked to travel with her husband to Amarillo to enjoy family functions, birthday cookouts and all sporting events for her grandchildren.
Linda was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and a brother, Carl.
She is survived by her two sons, Jeff Lamb of Pampa, and Greg Lamb and wife Heather of Amarillo; her grandchildren, Kaylee Lamb and fiancé Dylan Nugent of Aransas Pass, TX, Emilee Lamb and wife Taylor Lamb of Anacortes, Washington, Chase Raymer and girlfriend Mary Grace Fletcher of Lubbock, TX, and Skyler and Wyatt Lamb of Amarillo; great grandchildren, Indy and Beckham Nugent, and Elena Raymer; sister, Virginia Helton of Buda, TX; and brother, James Parish of Spring, TX.
Linda will be missed by all those who loved her.
