Patricia Ann Stucker, 70, of Pampa, passed away on April 9, 2026, at home with her family by her side.
A celebration of Pat’s life will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, April 13, 2026, at Christian Community Church of Pampa, with Pastor Ben Corbitt of Faith Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.

Patricia was born on October 20, 1955, in Pampa to Samuel and Delores Bradley. She was a lifelong resident of Pampa, where she graduated from high school, raised her family, and served a long career in education. While in high school, she met her true love, Larry Stucker, and the two high school sweethearts were married on June 21, 1975, in Pampa. Shortly after their marriage, they moved to Del Rio while Larry served his country in the Air Force. The family later moved to Canyon for five years before returning to Pampa in 1983. Together, they shared over 50 years of marriage and raised two children before Larry’s passing in 2025.
Patricia graduated from West Texas A&M University and went on to become an elementary school teacher. Her career in education spanned more than 30 years, during which she taught at Baker Elementary School and later at Travis Elementary School before her retirement. Pat loved mentoring, caring for, and teaching children. It brought her immense pride and purpose to be a teacher and to positively influence younger generations.
Pat enjoyed fishing, cooking for her family and friends, and doing anything she could to improve the lives of children. She was a longtime member of Faith Tabernacle Church, where she taught Sunday school and Wednesday classes and helped with outreach to the community and her former students. She will be remembered as a godly woman and a selfless servant who always put others before herself.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Larry.
Patricia is survived by her two children, son Bradley Stucker and wife Barbara of Pampa, and daughter Ashley Stucker of Knoxville, Tennessee; grandchildren Samuel Palmer Stucker and Charlotte Louise Stucker, both of Pampa; brother, James Bradley of Pampa; mother-in-law, Sue Stucker of Carrollton; brother-in-law, Bob Stucker and wife Verna of Greenville, South Carolina; sister-in-law, Karen Ann Rodriguez and husband Tony of Carrollton; nieces, Danielle Narvaez, Amy Wynn Ladd and husband Aaron, Abby Gayle Foster and husband Lincoln, and Kristeen Cole and husband Chad; nephew, Willie Stucker and wife; and other extended family.
