Toby Allen Lynch, 35, of Pampa, passed away on April 26, 2025 in Dallas holding the hand of his mother.

A celebration of Toby's life will be held at a later date. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.

Toby was born on June 26, 1989, in Dodge City, Kansas to Bob Lynch and Connie Davidson Lynch. He was raised in Cimarron, Kansas where he developed the larger-than-life personality that everyone loved. He earned his GED in 2007 and moved to Pampa in 2010, where he made countless friends.

Toby worked as a welder becoming a signal man for BNSF Railroad in 2014. He was the life of every party and had a knack for making strangers feel like old friends. His daredevil nature and love for adventure brought joy and laughter to everyone who crossed his path.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Dennis Lynch; maternal grandparents, Gary Davidson and Elaine Rollins; and paternal grandfather, Bill Lynch.

Toby is survived by his mother, Connie Lynch; father, Bob Lynch and wife Michelle; grandfather, Bill Rollins; grandmother, Garry Waggoner; daughter, Zoey Lynch; three sons, Ryan Lynch, Brock Lynch, and Noah Miller; sister, Bobbi Schumacher and husband John; and mother of their children Stephanie Lynch. He cherished his family dearly, and they will forever hold his memory close.

In a remarkable act of generosity, Toby chose to donate the gift of life, helping several people in need. His kind heart and adventurous spirit will be missed by all who knew him.
