Victoria Parsons, 75, of Pampa, passed away on January 22, 2026, at BSA Hospital in Amarillo, Texas.

No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.

Victoria “Vic” was born May 12, 1950, in Higgins, Texas to Bill and Maxine Bennett. Victoria lived in Pampa, Texas at the time of her passing but had also lived in Houston and San Antonio where she touched the hearts of so many. She was a fierce businesswoman and incredibly driven in her field of Accounting and Office management. She always took pride in being driven, educated and very well organized, nothing ever taking her for surprise or unprepared. Victoria had a beautiful smile and sense of humor that engulfed everyone around her. Being of Native American descent was a very proud distinction for her as well, she loved the Native American culture, and it showed in her interests, décor and self-identity. She will be reunited with her most beloved place in the ocean, Victoria loved the ocean and the mountains and was always enamored by God’s gift to us in nature. In her later years, Victoria’s faith had become front and center in her life and her walk with Jesus became the topic of her conversations. Victoria will be deeply missed, and her laugh will echo for eternity in the memories of those who knew her.

Victoria is now resting in the arms of the Lord, and her presence will continue through those that knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents Bill and Maxine Bennett and her younger brother Ken Bennett.

She is survived by her cherished family; her husband, Russell Parsons; brother, Keith Bennett; children, Brian Triplett, Shawn Welch, Patrick Parsons, Jarrett Parsons, and Josh Parsons; grandchildren, Brianna Beckley, Liza Triplett, Hannah Triplett, Katherine Salas, Addison Parsons, Kinsley Parsons, Reece Parsons, Jordan Parsons, Jadyn Parsons, Courtney Parsons, Parker Parsons, Denver Parsons, Cash Parsons, AJ Parsons, Harper Parsons, and Cami Parsons.

May Love and the faith of Jesus Christ continue to guide and inspire them every day; and her memory never be forgotten.
